All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) and Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories,, APO/FPO addresses
